Congo's Constitutional Court proclaims Felix Tshisekedi president. Martin Fayulu rejects the Court's proclamation and says he is the true, legitimate President of the Congo. He has called on the people to organize peaceful protests throughout the country. 

Contrary to the request of the African Union, the Constitutional Court did not wait for their arrival before validating the Electoral Commission's preliminary results. The African Union is expected in Congo on Monday. Congo has a new president in Felix Tshisekedi but it is still strapped with the same old Kabila system.
