We are immensely proud of our role in George Santos’s expulsion from Congress. Continuing our advocacy on behalf of NY-03 and in the spirit of transparency, we are announcing our transition from our original goal of ousting Santos from Congress to embracing a new but related mission. Concerned Citizens of NY-03 (CC-03) will now be a grassroots, good-government political organization supporting candidates who best serve our District through integrity, transparency, and effective leadership. We have concluded that the Nassau County GOP’s vetting process is fatally flawed. As a result, today, we are supporting Democrat Tom Suozzi in the Special Election scheduled for February 13. We firmly believe that Suozzi is the better of the two candidates to represent NY-03.
