This is a no-brainer.  It was an EPA-approved (Neonicotinoids) pesticide that caused  Colony Collapse Disorder, all but driving our European honeybees to extinction.  It was an EPA-approved drug (Thalidomide) that caused hideous birth defects in the 50's. It was an EPA insecticide, DDT, designed to kill mosquitoes, that nearly wiped out our Condor population..

I could go on, but I'm sure you get the idea.  Sign this petition to keep their safe herbicides out of the Buffalo River Watershed, and before they can start spraying here, I will hand deliver it to at least one of the board members.  We've already had one potential disaster on the Buffalo the last year - a CAFO capable of feeding 6,500 hogs and storing something  like 18 million gallons of waste in open lagoons, just 5 miles up a Buffalo tributary.  Those of us that live here, or just float the river one day a year, do not see this as good stewardship.
