In a 3:2 majority vote today, the Board of Supervisors denied the developer Robott Land's Appeal. They were not granted a Conditional Use Permit and effectively, THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DENIED. We are incredibly grateful to EVERYONE of you who have offered support in opposition to this project since April 2021.
