In addition to the requested height variance to 48.5 ft, fully 1,119 trees would be destroyed for this development.  “The applicants are requesting a deviation from the Village Code to eliminate the requirement to replace any trees on the site…”

You will also note we removed the number of trucks on our petition.  It was based on 3/hr/dock for the hours each could be open.  The fact is, we don’t know exactly how many trucks will come, and neither does the developer.  We do know they plan for 50 docks to be used -- which is exactly why we want, hope, and expect the Village to protect the residents they represent and vote it down.

Remember, the Village is not the administration – the Village is supposed to be the people in it.  Please join your neighbors and be heard!
