I’d like to thank each and every one of you for signing this petition in hopes for change and moving forward. I am pleased to inform you that we have made significant progress and our voices matter. Just a quick reminder that the NCDHHS is scheduled to follow up at the landings of Swansboro any day this week. The building was out of compliance on Saturday 5/9/2026 and Sunday 5/10/2026 in which there were not enough staff to care for residents. As it stands now this facility has the lowest score rating in the entire county of Onslow. This is completely unacceptable. I ask that you continue to share this petition with others. Continue to reach out to NCDHHS and or Onslow County DSS to make your voices heard. Together we can bring forth change.
