THINGS ARE MOVING RE CELL TOWER IN CORNVILLE

ATTENTION to the residents of Cornville or homeowners in Cornville living outside the valley:

PLEASE COME AND BE SEEN!   We don't yet know the format of the meeting and have requested permission to present our information as well as the highlights of the Memorandum in Opposition we filed on Thursday December 23 with County.  You might have seen the newspaper article about it.  If you are interesting in helping present our side at the meeting and strategize on how best to do that, please reach out to me via Facebook Messenger.  I will have an open house meeting at my place the Sunday before 1pm - 6pm.

We have now handed to Mr. Jeremy Dye a LEGAL pathway with the Memorandum by Campanelli & Assoc.  for why this tower must be denied based on placement, incomplete and misleading application materials, and other violations of the legislative intent of Yavapai County's Section 605.   The tower placement also violates the language of the mission statement of the Cornville Community Association's webpage reproduced here:

The CORNVILLE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona, is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes to maintain and enhance rural lifestyles, natural resources, economic values, health, and safety within the unincorporated Cornville postal area of Yavapai County. 

We will be starting a Go Fund Me campaign today or tomorrow to hire an independent RF and EMF engineer consultant to do a responsible and safer study of our valley's connectivity needs so that we can determine how to boost signal coverage to desired levels with MINIMUM power/wattage, placement AWAY from homes and the Oak Creek Green Belt, and MINIMAL impact on the scenic beauty of our valley.  Please keep an eye out for that update.  Even a $5 donation from each of you would help us fund our expenses.  Fyi these have included more than $300 in xeroxing and printing of campaign materials the our 300 + page memorandum!!!!
