Each day, yet another soul loses itself to the dungeon of L'Enfant. They end up alone, confused, afraid, and above all else, lost. Tales of a Rat King roaming the tunnels have haunted our community for years, but I fear there may be a greater evil luring people in and misguiding them.

The Anthem. The Hilton. The Wharf. All these innocent people ever wanted was to reach their destination. What forces may possess a person to end up wandering a frontage road can only be the result of some type of dark magic at play.

I don't have answers, but I do demand them. Please sign this petition, it may be all they have left.
