It appears biodiversity, global warming, the ecosystem and guaranteed Charter rights count for little under Ontario law when it comes to enforcing Mississauga's By-law 125-2017 based solely on "Anonymous Neighbour Complaints" while reciting the 

"... societal health concerns, disruption to ecological systems, risks to safety, especially fire safety, risks associated with impairing the sightlines of drivers, and risks that the tall grasses and nuisance weeds will create habitats for mosquitoes, rodents or other insects and animals ..."

text in the By-law, for which the City of Mississauga has provided ZERO objectively discernible or factual evidence in respect to 1720 Lincolnshire Blvd.
