Shoulder-season travellers are looking for the same experiences as those who travel during the peak season.  Growing shoulder-season tourism is a key element of post-COVID-19 recovery for the tourism industry.  A concert such as the one being developed scould help tourism operators attract travellers to destinations outside of major urban centres like Halifax.  Many visitors are keen to avoid the crowds and enjoy what PEI has to offer during the shoulder season months.  This concert could be one of those things.
