Seems like there will be a rerelease for Jotaro n Kakyoin. I'm still unsure since it hasn't been announced on GSC or Medicos websites but seems like next year according to this Taobao listing I found. Can't confirm yet since I can't read Simplified Chinese but we'll see soon!
