Thank you for signing my petition. It means a lot to me, and every signature counts. As Verizon victims, modders, developers, and/or power users, we need to speak up about Verizon Wireless's unfair bootloader policies. Just about every other carrier lets users unlock the bootloaders of their devices when they have been paid off. Verizon users should not be restricted from having the same technology rights as everyone else. For many of us, it is already too late. When one of us purchases an Android phone from Verizon Wireless, we have no idea that it will come with this kind of caveat. So we are forced to suck it up and deal with having no hope of saving our devices from their predetermined fate of speedy obsolescence.

However, we can still try to change that. As individuals, we are powerless. But we can accomplish much greater things by working together and turning this humble petition into a wake-up call for our oppressors at Verizon Wireless. I express my gratitude for all of your contributions, and encourage you to share it with other people. If you know of someone else who has fallen victim to Verizon's unfairly restrictive bootloader unlock policies, please take a moment to share this petition and spread the message.
