Encouraging News!

The City of Tybee prevailed in the STR lawsuit filed by the Tybee Alliance. The judge ruled in the city’s favor. This could be good news for Tybee. Hopefully, the Mayor and City Council will dial things back a bit. I personally emailed the City requesting an old-time Town Hall Meeting. I think it would be meaningful for full-time residents and STR owners to have an opportunity to ask some meaningful questions. If you agree, please email them as soon as possible. The next City Council Meeting is August 13th. The final ruling is scheduled for August 27th. I hope to see many of you at these important meetings. Regards, Val
