STR Update - The public hearings for tonight are postponed. The announcement for the council meeting were not properly advertised, so no votes will be taken tonight. (The legal notices were submitted in time, but the SMN sat on them so they didn’t meet the deadline required by state statute and the LDC) The 1st hearing will be during the City Council Meeting on August 13th. The second reading on August 27th. Please talk to your friends and neighbors. We need more signatures! We are around 385 at this time. We can arrange getting signatures with 'pen and paper ' if someone prefers that form of communication. Also, send those emails! Thanks for standing up for our Full-time residents in residential zones. ps For your information, the SECTORS that the City Council refers to, is part of this proposal.
