Just over a month to Judicial Review - and our lawyers hear back from the City of London !

It is frustrating but in the run-up to court proceedings we are pretty restricted in what we can share with our kind supporters. We're reminded of UK government media policy during the Falklands War: 'when it's over we'll tell them who won.' It is safe to say that our brilliant team got together with us in the Parliament Hill Fields Lido café for an update. Lead counsel Rémi Reichhold accepted a falafel wrap, as did his colleague from 11 KBW chambers Joe Lavery (left and second from left), whereas from solicitors Leigh Day Ricky Gama opted for a falafel wrap and Ellie Fawcett, also from Leigh Day chose ... a falafel wrap. With time so tight any legal fund contributions would be extra welcome. There is also our new supporters club card (download it here) which is mainly a way of rallying people who may have forgotten about our saga since they signed the petition more than half a year ago: you can choose to receive campaign updates and you get 5% off anything you buy in the cafés, and you can also if you wish choose to hear about special offers, such sparkling wine for Christmas, our own pickles and mincemeat and lots of other treats; in the case of the personalised Breton bowls these are both lovely to have and a reminder that you played a part in a campaign which -- do we dare to say this? -- is arguably of historic importance.
