You may have seen that one independent café owner has decided not to join the legal fight. This changes nothing about why we started this petition.

Our fight was never with individual businesses. It is with the City of London Corporation's decision to replace a unique, local model with a corporate chain across all five sites—Golders Hill Park, Parliament Hill Fields, Parliament Hill Lido, Queen's Park, and Highgate Wood.

We fight for every customer who values affordable, inclusive, and independent cafes in their parks. We fight for the principle that public assets should be managed transparently and for the public good.

With your support, we have now secured top-tier legal counsel to challenge this decision in court. The next steps are underway.
