Thank you to everyone who has signed this petition — we now have over 125 supporters.
Here's what's happening:
TT Group completed their pre-application consultation on 5 February. We expect them to submit their formal planning application to Ealing Council in March 2026.
Once that happens, we will have just 21 days to submit comments to the council. That's why I'm working now to build our coalition.
What I've done this week:
✓ Submitted a formal request to Ealing Council asking them to require an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening for this development. Because 190 homes exceeds the 150-unit legal threshold, the council may be required to mandate the very impact studies we're asking for.
✓ Written to all three Pitshanger ward councillors requesting meetings and asking them to support our call for proper assessment.
✓ Reached out to the Pitshanger Community Association and Ealing Civic Society to build community backing.
What YOU can do right now:
Share this petition with neighbours, local Facebook groups, and your Nextdoor. Every signature shows the council this matters to the community.
Talk to your neighbours on Queen's Drive, Audley Road, Brentham Way, Princes Avenue, and surrounding streets. Many people don't know this development is coming.
Watch for the yellow planning notice on lamp posts near the site — when you see it, the formal consultation has started and I'll send another update with instructions on how to comment.
This is not about opposing all development. It's about ensuring that GP services, school places, and traffic impacts are properly assessed BEFORE approval — for existing residents AND future residents.
More updates coming soon.
