A young man in Oklahoma on January 31, 2025 was charged as follows: 

Count as Filed: RK1, RECKLESS DRIVING WITHOUT REGARD TO PROPERTY / VIOLATING 11-801 - 1ST OFFENSE, in violation of 47 O.S. 11-901 (a)(b)

Date of Offense: 01/31/2025

On June 4, 2025 this same young man was charged again as follows: 

Count as Filed: IN1, INATTENTIVE DRIVING RESULTING IN COLLISION, in violation of 47 O.S. 11-901b

Date of Offense: 06/04/2025

Along with: 

Count as Filed: DL2, OPERATE VEHICLE WHILE DL SUSPENED (1ST OFFENSE), in violation of 47 O.S. 6-303(B)

Date of Offense: 06/04/2025

This was two days before this: 

Count as Filed: HM4, VEHICULAR NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE, in violation of 47 O.S. 11-903(a)

Date of Offense: 06/06/2025

The district attorney of Oklahoma county is formerly charging this young man at this time. Again, this is my attempt to share as much information as I can without overstepping my bounds.
