Good morning friends.
as of this morning at 3 AM we are at 499 signatures, thank you.
I just wanted to share with you that my son‘s name is Christian David Root and on June 6, 2025 he didn’t take a lunch to work with him and he had to work late into his lunch hour which put him directly in the path of the negligent driver, who had no regard for himself, his passenger or the public at large surrounding him.
My research has revealed that there is actually no category of recordkeeping for suspended license drivers either on test drives or in accidents or in any other type of moving violation. No government agency keeps track of suspended license drivers continuing to drive after suspension.
It is federal law that driving records be kept private due to personal information related to the record. But, there has to be something that can be done to prevent things like being late to go to lunch on a random day being the biggest mistake of your life. Actually, the one that ends it.
Thank you for taking the time to read sign and share please. I pray, keep sharing. We are halfway there. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the worst thing can happen is nothing but that’s already where we are. Thank you, have a blessed day.
