Hi everyone,
Thank you again for supporting this petition. We have reached 6,000+ signatures, which is a significant milestone. Earlier this week, the MN House Children & Families Finance and Policy Committee heard testimony from Harvey's family, and other Minnesota families who have been impacted by abuse in childcare centers. Yesterday, we officially received the bill number - HF4277.
We need to show our Minnesota representatives that their constituents are in support of this legislation. Please take a moment today to ask them to support and co-sponsor HF4277 - Harvey's Law. The house vote will take place on Tuesday, March 17th.

Sample Script
"My name is [Your Name] and I am a constituent in [City/Zip]. I am contacting you to urge Representative [Name] to support Harvey's Law - HF4277. This issue matters to me because I want to see greater transparency and accountability in childcare centers to protect both children and providers. Will the Representative commit to supporting this bill?"
Why it Matters
The legislative session is currently active. If representatives do not hear from us now, this bill may not receive the attention it deserves. A high volume of calls and emails is the most effective way to ensure this stays on their agenda.
Please contact your representative today and share this update. Every call and email matters. If we do not act immediately, we risk losing this opportunity to ensure the safety and accountability our children and providers deserve. Your advocacy is the only way to move this bill forward.
Thank you for your help with getting the word out!
