Kari's Law a success, worked as it should. Mixed feelings though.

Seems a stabbing occurred at a hotel and when 911 was called, the call went right through without a prefix number. Weird part, it was in Marshall, Texas. At the same hotel Kari was murdered in. They fixed the phones last summer.
