At the NENA Convention in Denver today, Mark Fletcher or "Fletch" was awarded the Presidents Award for his " Diligence, Dedication and Determination" in his efforts to pass Kari's Law. This man was the first person from the 911 community to contact me after Kari's Death. He has been tireless in his work toward solving the problems with 911 and AVAYA Corporation has a treasure in this guy. I appreciate his determination which has really been the catalyst for making me keep going for the past 18 months and I will not stop doing the minute things I do to help this effort.
