By now I'm sure everybody's heard of the making of murderer Netflix documentary and the only reason I say that is to say this this petition is being created out of Manitowoc County where that case took place.  This isn't just about lawyers being required to take the bar but people that are lawyers are able to become judges and that means if a lawyer is not required to take the bar when somebody becomes a judge they're also likely not have taken the bar. Therefore they don't know their laws.  The rules of the law they make unlawful rulings, unethical rulings. When a person that doesn't have a high school diploma has to point out a statue to a Judge or a Lawyer there's a problem with that.

Likely because they don't have the education required to be a Judge or a Lawyer.
