Hello! Hello! Everybody!

Thank you to everyone that has taken the survey thus far. I cannot thank you enough for your dedication and support. Informed Consent will help ensure that not a single fluoroquinolone prescription will be dispensed without proper education and sign-off from BOTH the patient and the doctor. Those of us that have been floxed agree that if we had Informed Consent, and were aware of the Black Box Warnings and the disabling effects, we would have never taken the fluoroquinolone antibiotic(s) that harmed us. Let’s keep this petition going, as well as making a 30 second video and posting on change.org (if you are comfortable), to make sure no one else gets harmed and ‘floxed.’ LET’S DO THIS!!! We can make change, we have seen that we can already :)
