Good day Summerset Owners.

The purpose of this petition is to send a message to the Board of Trustees that we, the owners at Summerset Condominiums have had enough of the disrespect shown the Association by the tenants in 5B. The speeding by numeroys vehicles (including a white Mercedes S Class) associated with Unit 5B continues to be a dangerous situation and efforts to approach the driver(s) and resident of 5B to "please slow down" have been met with hostility and profanity and future aggressive actions.   This situation has not improved even after repeated requests to comply and since we are private property, the Orleans Police have no authority to assist us. 

In order to make an impression upon the Board to take action, please sign this petition to request Mercantile present the Board our collective request to non renew the year over year lease with the current tenant of 5B. 

This behavior is a clear violation of Summerset Rules and the posted speed limit. It is clear they have no intention of complying and their aggressive outburts to anyone who asks them to slow down has no place in our community.  We have children, bicycles, and residents who walk the property and this excessive speed puts all of us at risk.
