Update

we had planned to submit our Question to the Council on September 23rd 2025 , but we appeared to miss the deadline for Submission by 30 minits ( annoying our adviser had submitted it a day earlier but issues there end wouldn't allow Submission).

We aim to get the question out in October's Council meeting .
