The story so far..KORS Inc have been asking for a meeting with the Minister for Road Infrastructure, Jacinta Allan for many months now.

We finally received the standard response containing many factual errors. 

The KORS secretary replied to the Ministers response highlighting the errors contained in her letter, and asking again for a meeting.

The secretary's response was also cc'd to journalists.

The following response was received within hours of the correction email.

"The Minister has responded to your concerns and therefore addressed this matter.   

If you would like to raise additional concerns please direct any correspondence to the Minister’s email address at jacinta.allan@parliament.vic.gov.au."

Such a brush off deserves the following response. ..sent direct to journalists asking for their support to get the truth circulated.

"I am resending to you my letter addressed to Minister Allan, with the apparently reflexive reply from “Raph”, the Executive Assistant to her Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff (below), which suggests the Minister is in danger of succumbing to the hubris often associated with politicians.

We request that you engage the Minister regarding the misrepresentations she continues to circulate, without apparently pausing to check the facts.

As the truth emerges, at a time when fearless  journalistic enquiry must be encouraged, as well as the coincidence of the legal hearing in the Federal Court scheduled for next month and in the Supreme Court in March 2020, we believe the pendulum of public opinion will swing away from MRPV’s indifference to the truth and towards a genuine assessment of the environmental and cultural heritage impacts of an alternative alignment."
 

UNFORTUNATELY, THE MINISTER DOES NOT QUESTION ,BUT CONTINUES TO BELIEVE WHAT MRPV TELL HER ABOUT THE WESTERN HIGHWAY UPGRADE.
