Dear Pacem in Terris Hermitage Retreat Center Petition Signers,

Much has happened in the last 24 hours. Hundreds of pages of additional documentation were uploaded to the Isanti County Government page related to the Conditional Use Permit, including additional letters from neighbors and those opposed to the proposed wedding venue and event center, as well as the proposer's attorney's documentation supporting the venue.

Tomorrow evening, Thursday, July 24th at 6 p.m. is the public hearing of the Isanti County Planning Commission regarding the Conditional Use Permit. This update  provides important information before that meeting.

It details Pacem's opposition to the Conditional Use Permit. You can easily flip through it and read what you want.

It also contains a Sound Study Report by esi engineering that shows that low level bass noise can travel and impact guests at Pacem in Terris.

If you're able to attend the meeting, it is important that we continue to oppose the Conditional Use Permit and that the County see that the vast majority of neighbors do not want this in their neighborhood.
