Dear Petition Signers and Supporters,

We have been notified that the June 26th Isanti Planning Commission has been cancelled. The wedding venue and event center Conditional Use Permit applicant has requested to table their request until the Thursday, July 24th meeting of the Isanti Planning Commission.

Those who were hoping to attend to express their concerns should note the date change and plan to attend. It is a public hearing.

In related news, the applicant has been soliciting area businesses on Facebook in support of their plans for their wedding venue and event center, receiving support from photographers, florists, caterers, roofing and construction firms in the area.

If you know of businesses who support Pacem in Terris and our pre-existing rights as a silent retreat center that has been in the area for 38 years, please forward this petition to them for their support.
