We are writing to kindly ask whether it would be possible to extend the hybrid format of the classes for a little longer and, if possible, provide access to recorded lectures for students.

As previously explained, several incoming Master's students, particularly international students, are currently experiencing delays related to visa procedures and appointments with embassies in different countries. These circumstances are beyond our control and may prevent some students from attending classes in person at the beginning of the semester.

Continuing the hybrid format for a longer period would help both international and Italian students attend the classes more consistently and keep up with the curriculum. In particular, for international students who are temporarily unable to be in Italy due to visa-related issues, this would provide valuable support in following the course and avoiding missing important lectures.

If possible, having access to recorded lectures for a certain period would also be extremely helpful for **both groups of students**. Students could use the recordings to review the course material, clarify difficult topics, and prepare more effectively for the exams. This could be particularly useful for students who may occasionally be unable to attend a class, regardless of whether they are international or Italian.

We completely understand that extending the hybrid format and providing recordings may require additional arrangements, and we sincerely appreciate your time and consideration. We would be very grateful if the university could kindly consider this possibility, even for a limited additional period.
