Landlords are enduring agonising waits of over six months to reclaim their properties, causing severe financial and emotional strain. We implore Justice Minister Alex Chalk to release the Ministry of Justice's assessment on the Renters' (Reform) Bill's impact on the courts system.

Additionally, the NRLA highlights the alarming concern that the repeal of Section 21, which enables swift removal of problematic tenants, will exacerbate the backlog and obstruct reform implementation.
