To the Cfx.re/FiveM Team,

We respectfully request that FiveM conduct an official investigation into the third-party anti-cheat system known as FiniAC, particularly regarding its alleged use of global bans that affect players’ access to multiple FiveM servers.

We understand that a ban issued by an individual server should generally fall under the authority of that server’s administration. At the same time, FiveM distinguishes between server bans and global bans affecting access to the FiveM network. FiveM’s official documentation also states that FiveM is not responsible for actions taken against players by individual server

Therefore, we ask FiveM to:

Confirm whether FiniAC has official authorization to issue or distribute bans across multiple FiveM servers.
Review whether FiniAC’s enforcement system complies with the applicable Terms of Service, Creator Platform License Agreement, and FiveM policies.
Examine the system’s evidence standards, detection accuracy, transparency, ban explanations, and appeal process.
Take appropriate action against any party proven to be abusing cross-server ban systems or claiming authority that has not been granted by FiveM.
Publish an official clarification stating whether third-party global-ban systems are permitted, restricted, or prohibited within the FiveM ecosystem.
We do not intend to defend cheating or any other violation of FiveM or server rules. This request is solely intended to ensure that enforcement is transparent, proportionate, evidence-based, and consistent with FiveM’s official policies.

We hope that Cfx.re/FiveM will review this matter objectively and provide the community with an official explanation.
