Hi everyone,

Just an update — I received an email from the Governance Team at City of Sydney today, but it’s the same advice I got two months ago on 30/09/2025. Nothing has changed. 

Two months is plenty of time to look into this or even to have a response. 

Even the EPA NSW staff has advised that it’s outside their responsibility. Given the lack of progress, 2 months is appropriate to contact the NSW Ombudsman for further assistance and support.

Thank you for your email about offensive noise from the courts in Nuffield Park.  It can take time for City staff to investigate an issue like this thoroughly. The City’s Executive Director, City Services, Veronica Lee will reply to you soon.
