#RedFlowerCampaign: Update & Call to Action - Help Us Close the BSO Season Strong!

Dear Supporters:

Thank you for helping grow this movement into something real, visible, and impossible to ignore.

What began as a small grassroots effort has become a sustained public show of support for the musicians of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, for Andris Nelsons, and for a future rooted in transparency, accountability, and community voice.

Because of your collective support:

• More than 3,000 petition signatures (online + in-person) have been collected and counting
• Thousands of red flowers have been distributed outside Symphony Hall, Carnegie Hall, and beyond
• Support has come from patrons, musicians, labor leaders, and music lovers across Boston and around the world
• The #RedFlowerCampaign has become a visible symbol of solidarity and care
  
  

Most importantly, this campaign has shown that the BSO community is paying attention, engaged, and unwilling to be treated as an afterthought in decisions that shape the future of this treasured institution.

As the regular BSO season comes to a close, we have one more important opportunity to show our strength and momentum.

Join Us for the Final Regular Season Rose Actions at Symphony Hall:
Thursday, April 30 — 6:30 PM
Friday, May 1 — 12:30 PM
Saturday, May 2 — 6:45 PM
Sunday, May 3 — 1:00 PM

We need volunteers to help hand out roses, welcome patrons, share the message, and demonstrate that this movement is peaceful, persistent, and growing.

Come for 20 minutes or stay longer, bring a friend, and stand with us.

Every signature matters. Every red flower matters. Every person who shows up sends a message: we are still here, we still care, and we are not backing down.
