Minfford Fields and Swan Lane Petition update

We asked the CEO of Flintshire County Council Mr Neal Cockerton for an update on our Petition which was formally accepted at a Council meeting on the 23rd of January. Mr Cockerton replied as follows recently...

"Thank you for the email.  In order for you to understand fully what is required there is work, detailed below, which is being undertaken by officers, some of this in terms of responses back is not in our control other points of clarification require time to collate information and schedule this work in around other work the Council is undertaking.

• Report of Title (Legal)
• Confirmation of current list of outstanding civil engineering works (Streetscene)
• Confirmation of current list of outstanding street lighting works (Streetscene)
• Confirmation of the position with regards to the adoption of the foul and surface water drainage (Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water)

As you will appreciate and hopefully accept,  when we are at a point where we can provide you with a fuller update then we will.  In the meantime I hope that the information contained in this response is acceptable."
