New Change to SSBA Finishers in Recent Update

While it wasn't noted in the official patch notes, it seems that the latest patch for Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising has added defeat voicelines for the 2nd round as well as SSBA Finishers. Now, when a character uses their finisher, the losing character will say a short voiceline right before the victor's victory speech. For example, while Nier is crying during her finisher, Narmaya will say a line like "I need to rethink my training."

This change seems to have come out of nowhere, and I wonder if the developers saw this as a sort of compromise for those who sent in complaints over how morbid and depressing Nier's SSBA finisher is. While this does make things slightly better, to me, this does not solve the issue, which is seeing our beloved characters brutally murdered and drowned.
