As many of you are wondering , when we will be submitting this petition to our Transport Minister ! For your information , Change.org has already informed Hon Marc Garneau of this petition and he receives regular updates like you on a regular basis. This is Change.org offering once your petition begins receiving signatures. That being said, anyone addressing their concerns, meeting with their local MP etc can easily refer them to this petition, simply copy the title of the petition address from Change. Org and present it in your email, presentation or simply mention it in your meeting with your chosen contact. Our Transport Minister is already aware of this petition and every Canadian who have signed it. Many of you have already sent emails, letters and set up meetings with their local MPs. Like you , I am working with one of our supporters who has scheduled a direct meeting in Ottawa soon, so don't worry Hon. Marc Garneau is aware of the several thousand petitioners , 3305 on this date, seeking change to this existing law.
