We, residents of Uliving Paulista, are asking Uliving to seriously reconsider the current administration team responsible for managing the residence and dealing directly with students.

Over time, many residents have experienced recurring problems involving poor communication, delayed responses, inconsistent information, unresolved issues, and situations handled in a way that has created frustration and distrust. These are no longer seen as isolated incidents, but as part of a broader problem in the relationship between the administration and the residents.

A student residence should provide a supportive, professional, transparent, and respectful environment. Instead, many students feel that dealing with the administration has become a source of unnecessary stress and conflict.

For this reason, we are asking Uliving to replace or reassign the current administration team and appoint a new team that can rebuild trust with residents and ensure a fairer, more respectful, and more professional management of Uliving Paulista
