I am starting to get frustrated with the lack of signatures on this petition. I just need 3 more to score a free promotion. With Old Navy closing their store on State Street in Chicago, this would be the perfect opportunity for a Toys R Us to open. As I mentioned in the petition, Toys R Us plans on opening 400 stores within Macy's stores nationwide in addition to freestanding flagship stores in major cities around the country such as, but not limited to: Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Honolulu, and Los Angeles.
