Thanks for supporting our petition. After two months of efforts working with school district and superintendent, sexual education curriculum is finally on board meeting agenda (Tuesday, 6/6). That's a big achievement for all of you who share the concern! Now we need to work even harder so the board can see how important this is and agrees to restart the review process. At 6/6 meeting, the board will decide whether sex-ed is a curriculum (no brainer question), and whether board policy 6161.1 applies. We are here to ask you to help one more time by attending the meeting and speaking out. Since many people are out of town for summer vacation, presence of each of you is very important and helpful. So, PLEASE, if you are in town and you can make it, come to meeting at 6:30pm next Tuesday at 25 Churchill Ave, school district office, board room. If, for whatever reason, you cannot make it to the meeting, you can still write to board members and superintendent to tell them what you think and urge them to restart the review process.
