It is to inform you that the cash deposit machine installed in the ATM booth near SBI Talcher branch is not functioning most of the time. In the last 2 years, many complaints lodged through Twitter and online portals. But unfortunately, no concrete action has been taken on it. Due to this, all customers are facing an unnecessary problem. This is not the service expected from a leading PSU bank.

So I request you to kindly consider it and replace this CDM with a new one as soon as possible in the interest of all SBI customers in Talcher.
