The Congressional Second Amendment caucus is back

Not sure what you all know about Rep. Thomas Massie. What I do know: He is big pro-gun guy and liberty minded, small L libertarian. From my understanding is he is also a machine gun collector and often seen with Senator Rand Paul at Knob Creek.... That's the problem... people who invest money in pre-86 machine guns don't want to lose their investment by lifting the ban. So is this a conflict of interest? What are your thoughts?
