As clarified by the owner of the shops Marqglen Group and its agent DM Hall, Lidl is responsible for the repair of car park under a Title Burden. Lidl has replied that they will meet the contractors tomorrow (6th March) to discuss the necessary repairs and take actions as soon as possible.
