Council recently met and the Deputy Mayor presented our petition and recognized River Rd North as a priority! Here is his response “Thank you both for all the work you have put into this project.  River Road from Pruden Ave. south for 586 meters was classified as a priority #1 project.  (Asphaltic pavement)   I do not foresee this project getting bumped to next year.  The intent is that the work will begin in May of this year, tenders will be going out in February.  Will keep you posted.”
