MBPJ Complaints Department responded to a follow up on the report, by saying that they have previously taken action and cited the previous complaint. 

Meanwhile, clearly and sadly, demonstrating that they did not even bother to read the current correspondence which clearly outlines the issue involves three households and that their previous 'tindakan' was to no avail and our emergency passageway remains closed.
