As of now it is unknown what the developers are trying to do with the parcel. It is guestimated that they are trying to stall and then drop a last minute annexation or zone change request, most likely on or around a holiday when people are busy and distracted. Also, Harry Fry (the dentist) is STILL looking at developing a subdivision called PLEASANT VALLEY ESTATES (wrong Valley, Buddy) of 50 homes with access off Chance Lane, off Rhodes Road.
