As we approach 4,000 signatures to this petition, I want to say thanks to all of you who have taken part. This petition has created a great deal of pressure on Rendall and Rittner (I know that because one of the Rendall and Rittner directors tried to exert pressure via my residents' association to have me taken off the residents' association committee because of the petition).
I am pleased to say that the journalist Emily Hill who has written for many national newspapers and magazines is a supporter of this petition and is an avid reader of my blog (www.chelseabridgewharf.org.uk) is very interested in hearing from anyone who has serious concerns about the operation of Rendall & Rittner within their development. This may be in terms of what seem to be unexplained or unjustified service charge increases, poor service or apparently inappropriate involvement in residents' associations or resident management companies.
Emily can be contacted via LinkedIn or her website or you can contact me (Mike O'Driscoll) at residents@chelseabridgewharf.org.uk and I will be happy to talk to you and / or put you in touch with Emily. Please share your stories with Emily and have your say - I believe it will have a huge impact.
I have many other updates to give but short of time at the moment - please check back regularly or follow my blog or twitter @ChelseaBridgeWh
Best Wishes
Mike O'Driscoll
