Serviced charge budget shows electricity charges quadrupling year on year which makes no sense even allowing for what is going on in the energy market. Electricity is not the only issue in any case.

We need to get rid of Rendall and Rittner on a very urgent basis.

Our residents' association is apparently unwilling or unable to respond in any way to this shocking increase. Perhaps not that surprising given that they increased their own membership fees by 140% without any meaningful explanation, a few weeks ago , it has never provided a meaningful statement of income and expenditure and its Chair elections were a joke,
