
In response to this petition, Messrs Rendall and Rittner have claimed (5th Oct) that they are in 'close touch with our clients and the residents associations / groups at the buildings listed in your letter.'. Yet many of these developments have no residents' association or associations with very few members so this is meaningless.
Rendall and Rittner claim 'factual inaccuracies ' in our letter but have refused to respond to our invitations to tell us what these supposed inaccuracies are.
Rendall and Rittner claimed they would respond to every signatory of the open letter addressing their concerns - yet I have had no response at all.
As far as I am aware two developments have been contacted and the residents have found these contacts to be less than satisfactory and the issues raised have not been addressed.
My service charges have increased by 30% in 2 years - I have received no explanation. In the last week residents across many development have been hit with demands for 'balancing payments' of over £800 in some cases and payment was demanded the next day!
The receipts and invoices for our 2019 accounts (released in March 2019) are still not available for inspection.
So it is clear Rendall and Rittner have still not got the message. That inspires us to take this to the next level.
