Just a few months ago, Albany experienced the renaming of the (Matron) Beryl Grant Community Centre which is managed by aged care provider Juniper. 

The success of the 2 year campaign was partly due to the willingness of Juniper's CEO to listen and act upon the wishes of the people who were impacted by Grant's cruelity during her leadership of Ngala a notorious mother-baby home during the forced adoption era.

If Albany can experience the naming transition of a much loved community centre I am confident our town can acknowledge the many benefits and actively support a name change for Stirling Terrace.
